Our community club can only run with volunteers. As such, each junior team has been allocated one round in which they are to organise volunteers to assist in the canteen or to cook and serve in the BBQ pit.
We need people to help each week with set up, otherwise the games will not be able to go ahead.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the committee.
We have been asked if we have photos of a team from the 80’s by a former player, but unfortunately we don’t so maybe you can help.
We only have a few details to work with, but from the information provided maybe you can help. The team that we are looking for photos of had a coach with the surname of Whippet and another by the name of John “Ducka” Donnerly. David Armstrong was a member of the team and John Marks was associated with the club at the time.
If you have any photos, please let us know via Facebook Messenger.
While the ryegrass program continues on Ground 1, we have been given the all clear to start using Ground 2 again for training.
Ground 2 as well as the training areas outside of the fenced area are to be shared with all teams. Once we are given the go ahead and both grounds are available, the booked allocated training areas will come back into play but for now, please share the space.
Belmont FC has decided this year to get behind the McGrath Foundation and raise money for those estimated 53 people diagnosed with breast cancer each day. We are fundraising for the McGrath Foundation to help place Breast Care Nurses across Australia.
More information will be provided in the coming weeks however for now, be prepared to buy yourself a pair of pink socks so all players and supporters can show our support.
Below is a listing of all teams. Each team name is a link to that teams’ fixtures for the season of 2019. There are additional screens that can be navigated from within the site including results for competition teams (I.E. U12 and above).
Some teams may have already found their draws online, and as such, it is important that you follow Macquarie Football’s request of “Check your draws!!!!!!!!!!!!!” as there “may have been some changes to game times over the last week. This has been mostly due to some teams withdrawing from competitions.
The draw on SportsTG is always the correct version. At all times SportsTG should be checked by everyone for the most up to date match information.”
